Fantastic customer support from Katie. If I asked a question she did not know she found out for me.

This was a great experience, although I had some challenges with FedEx loosing track of one of the eight packages. Ordering online was incredibly easy and when I contacted Katie in customer service the experience was exceptional. We have some additional cabinetry plans in the future and we will definitely be back.

Received the sample in a timely manner. Color & quality of wood better than expected.
