I am so happy with my order! I love the different headboard designs and colour choices- I was looking for something special and I definitely found it. The website is also super helpful and answered most of my questions. I was really impressed with the swatch service, and the prompt replies from customer service when I had a few questions about the items I was interested in. Ordering was easy, and I was really happy with the level of contact I had. I was kept informed about my order and delivery was really flexible. I was also accommodated when I need to push back delivery by a week, it was really appreciated. The actual delivery and assembly of my order was perfect. Everything was taken up with the utmost care, assembled, and all the packaging removed. All I had to do was put my sheets on and enjoy! Since my order I’ve had loads of compliments on my bed and it’s been an absolute joy to sleep in. I’d be happy to recommend Sueno to anyone looking for a bed!

From receiving the fabric samples to accepting delivery of the finish product, the service was impeccable. When we received our bed the delivery service was fantastic. The bed was fitted together and protective wrappings removed. The bed itself is wonderful. Exactly what we were looking for. Plush fabric and a modern designer feel at an astonishing price - much more competitive that the high street alternatives. We would definitely recommend Sueno and will be ordering again for another room.

I’m really pleased with my bed, I absolutely love it! The service provided by Sueno was brilliant from start to finish. The bed arrived sooner than the likely timescale provided which is always nice! The men that delivered the bed were very efficient and pleasant, it took no time at all. It’s a high quality fabric, well made bed that looks like it will last for a long time.
