They were great to work with. Item came a few days earlier than expected.

So far so good!! Our handyman set it up for us (we needed a hole drilled in our granite for the spout) and it looks so neat and tidy under the sink. The water tastes great and I love how the spout looks! We’re very happy with this purchase so far:)
