Order was shipped about a week after being placed, which was longer than expected, but arrived not long after that.

Steelcase Australia are a good, reliable company in the business of making and selling comfortable office chairs. I was really pleased with the promptness of the delivery, the fact that it came on time and pre-assembled as I requested, and the excellent condition of the chair. My only request for improvement would be for Steelcase to restore its showroom in Melbourne.
