Very good service and follow up from customer service

While I found the website easy to use and with prompt delivery, it was odd that my sales person in the Kamloops Splashes Showroom would need 6 weeks to deliver the product while the website did so in 5 days. It was not a lower cost on the website so no upside for me. She did all the work for me (including the spec sheet I used to order, yet did not gain the sale. Something wrong there! I had a construction deadline so had to get the product in time.
