This pillow is great! I've use Tempur-Pedic pillows, both solid and shredded memory foam, and never felt fully comfortable. My neck pain is now gone and I get better sleep.

It doesn't seem like it at first as the pillow isn't like a cloud, but it offers great comfort while sleeping. It remains cool so it never wakes you up and provides firm support for your head and neck.
