Customer service is great! They covered my damaged product and had a new one out to me after a few days.

Everything was well packaged. I like the recycled materials; they were more protective than styrofoam. Shipping was fast and hassle-free. Not one faulty product in my order; everything works like a charm, no issues! Not even coil whine or LED hum. :) Very happy with my purchase and experience so far.
