Even over a busy pre-Christmas period we received the mattress within a week. Easy purchasing via the website. Only issue was the tracking of the mattress.. there was an issue with the external delivery tracking system. I called the service centre and they advised about the issue and that they would follow up for me and provide a updated email. Unfortunately this didn’t happen but mattress turned up a few days later.

Very transparent advertising. Excellent customer service. I loved the mattress. Unfortunately the mattress was a bit too soft for my liking. Sleep Republic provided swift assistance in returning/donating the mattress.

Shipping service was delayed due to demand and back order but I was kept updated at all times and new exactly when it was going to arrive.
