Ordered recently a topper , all arrived in perfect condition, great quality ! Sadly ,my back did not agree with it . It felt great but just something didn't fit . Asked for refund . The communication was spot on, they mailed me a box with FedEx label, all done painlessly . Very thankful for quality product and outstanding customer service!

This will be the third time I have bought a latex toppers. They are so much better than the memory foam (that doesn’t remember for long) and made me sweat. Latex has held up for years and doesn’t give off an odor or make me hot.

My 2018 mattress cover had a strong barn yard smell when it arrived, so I removed it. Always wanted a new one, but was afraid of getting another smelly one. Now it’s 2026, my mattress is in perfect shape, and I really wanted a new cover. I called to inquire if a replacement was something that I could even buy…was delighted to learn that yes, they do sell them! Also delighted to learn that they had changed vendors. Sara, The Customer Care Specialist, was so knowledgeable and helpful! She told me that if I wasn’t happy with it, I could return it! Happy to tell you all, that the replacement fit perfectly, and it doesn’t smell like a barn yard! Going on two months now, Love it! Thank you Sleep on Latex, and thank you Sara! I’ll be buying a mattress topper soon😊
