Very easy mattress buying experience. Some options weren't available via online ordering. But after a 10 minute phone call, we figured out what I wanted & I had a mattress on the way. The "white glove" delivery service option also takes your old mattress away for you. I've only had the mattress for 2 or 3 months, but it was a great improvement over my sagging old Tempurpedic. Hopefully I will remember to update how it feels after a few years as latex is supposed to last longer.

My memory foam mattress started sagging, so I knew I had to get a new mattress. I assumed memory foam was the best so I was looking for the best memory foam mattress. After a lot of research, I learned about latex mattress and was sold on choosing a more eco friendly option for myself. There aren't a lot of latex options in mattress stores near me, so I took a risk ordering one online without having ever felt latex. The fact that SleepEZ allows you to customize your mattress by moving the foam layers around for a different feel was really attractive to me since I wasn't sure how talalay or dunlop feel, or soft or medium or firm for that matter. Also, my partner and I have different body mass and sleeping styles, so the split king allows us to give each side a different feel if we need to. I got soft talalay, medium dunlop, and firm dunlop which is perfect for my partner AND me! We are using an adjustable bed frame which has zero gravity option. Everyone I dealt with at SleepEZ has been amazing. From getting the prefect firmness to getting the mattress delivered and set up. It's been a great experience. The mattress itself is manufactured locally by SleepEZ, which is a pleasant surprise with all the generic mattresses from other companies. Coming from a name brand memory foam mattress that cost way more, I was really surprised how much better this new mattress was. I'm getting much better sleep with no more pain. It contours just enough with the proper support and it doesn't feel like I need to crawl out the bed like a memory foam mattress. The pillows that are included are also some of the nicer pillows I've used. It's really hard to find a good pillow and the shredded latex ones are comfortable and keep their support throughout the night. Overall, I'd highly recommend a new mattress from SleepEZ.
