The service has been exceptional from start to finish. Communication was very good, starting with a phone call to explain all I needed to know about the delivery and emails were answered promptly. I am thrilled with my new fire that has now become the focal point of my lounge and the mood lighting sets my media wall off perfectly. My builder is so impressed that he is going to change his own media wall to incorporate the same fire. My son is also looking buy one. I would certainly buy again from this company and recommend others to do so.
