Great customer service and product

Seems to be fairly sturdy. Haven’t placed the outdoor AC unit on it yet. Planning to do so next week. . Only issue is that the holes provided in the wall mount bracket are not 16 inches on centre, which is the standard for stud construction.

I received my order in 3 days after ordering it and was nicely packed on a pallet, had it installed and all I have to say is that it has exceeded my expectations works great keeps my house nice and cool and very satisfied with it so far
