The wall / floor mounted unit looks like good quality . . a lot quieter than I thought, I’m really pleased. The outside unit is extremely quiet, again I’m really pleased but to be honest I’m also surprised. . The only negative I would say is the instructions leave a lot to be desired. Also mine came with a ton of extra wire harnesses etc that weren’t needed and just confused the issue even more. I found the technical help really helpful on line. .

Everything was excellent except that the heat pump was producing a weird smell while working. It smelled slightly like seafood. The installer said it might go after few weeks. I hope it does. Other than that, it’s an amazing machine.
