Had my first one for four years and used is a ton! Needed some warranty work done and they did it! Still runs great! Bought a second blower this year for my wife!

Service is great but product is inferior I originally bought your blower because it was the highest wind speed. I assumed it would be a robust product and hold up to heavy work. The first one failed within two years so I filed a warranty claim the unit loss compression it was replaced because it was in within the five-year warranty that one lasted approximately two years and again, I took advantage of the five-year warranty, but received some hesitance on fulfilling the warranty, but finally, you honored the warranty But told me that you would only warranty parts when I receive the new unit. I noticed that the warranty is now a three year warranty I noticed that with each unit you send a spare pole cord assembly, which is kind of confusing because that’s the only part that doesn’t break. You should really be sending a new throttle assembly. That’s the part that fails besides the engine losing compression Again, thanks for honoring the warranty, but I feel like you were trying to make me feel guilty for taking advantage of the warranty that you provide.

Easy to start cold and after running for a long time. Plenty of power! Very pleased!

Love the blower. The ease of order and replacement of gas tank was great. Only issue is why the gas lines disintegrated the way they did. Have owned tools from other manufacturers for years without gas line failure.
