Coterie Brooklyn is always easy to work with. I am not a designer and sometimes make a mistake in ordering, which happened twice, as I was trying to order my Spring/Summer pillows for the large sectional in our Family Room. One pillow was too large, 2 pillows too small one order. On a 2nd order the pillow color was wrong. FORTUNATELY, Coterie has an Exchange policy and for both orders, I was able to exchange the wrong pillows for the PERFECT size & style of pillows plus the correct size of pillow inserts. I had to pay postage to return the pillows BUT I was able to get a lovely combination of seven outstanding pillows for the sectional and a sensational throw for a Bench. Should mention that the cost , quality & uniqueness of the pillows is unparalleled!
