Great kettle! No plastic near any of the heating elements or pouring spout. I love the red glow under the kettle when it's heating. The controls are very simple and easy to read. Pressing the power button down for two seconds to turn it off is not challenging. The handle feels very sturdy and doesn't get hot. The body of the kettle gets hot but I don't see that as an issue...any kettle would get hot. I love this thing. It is sleek and fun to use.

Didn’t have to wait too long to receive our samovar. The packaging was excellent and it was shipped quickly. The shipment was delivered in great shape.
