Everything was great. It took time and patience, but the couch arrived as scheduled, I was able to carry the couch up 3 flights of stairs in pieces, I assembled it myself in about an hour, and the dimensions were perfect. The color is not as bright as viewed on my phone and computer displays, but it still matches my room. I would add extra padding for long term use.
