Material is very comfortable. Couch feels sturdy and I have peace of mind knowing I can buy replacement parts if needed

Shipping was as expected and the boxes were nice and sturdy to protect the couch in the wintertime. I love the ability to get free fabric swatches as it let me see the fabrics in my space and I also brought them with me when picking out throw pillows

There was mixup with the color but they were helpful understanding my frustration and provided a few options to compensate
