An attempt was made to help me have a better sleep experience. It just didn’t happen.

I would rate my experience 5 stars, but “White Glove” delivery was not provided. I really would not even care about the delivery since it arrives in a sealed plastic bag, but it is the principle of the matter. It bothers me that the company seems to make a big deal marketing this special “white glove” delivery (again - not something I actually want), but then Saatva hires regular sweaty delivery guys with who don’t wear any gloves. I just don’t appreciate false advertisement, and it negatively impacts my opinion of Saatva. I would appreciate if Saatva removes this marketing baloney from its website, and would re-evaluate my opinion on the company if they did. Realistically, I won’t ever believe Saatva will ever spend the money to ensure all delivery agents are thoroughly trained to use white gloves, so it would be much better to stop putting that on the website. It is much better to under commit and over deliver rather than the other way around. If white glove delivery was important to me, I might rate my experience with Saatva at 1 or 2 stars. Also, the plastic bag that it came in was covered in dust and dirt on the outside and got my floor dirty. I vacuumed and cleaned after the delivery guys left. I would not bother mentioning this, as it should be expected when furniture gets delivered, but Saatva’s marketing jargon about delivery service is misleading and dishonest.

Disappointed

Although I’m not happy with the mattress, the service of purchase and delivery of mattress was good.
