I ordered a few sets of screws and hooks for STEP but unfortunately the packages broke and some screws, hooks and plugs got lost during the trip (they will be able to tell stories like Ulysses). I contacted customer support and they immediately verified from my picture and shipped replacements (in excess) for my parts. The new items were delivered just a few days later. I call this a CS success story :)
