Excellent customer service!

Our relatively new Puro air 240 started making a funny grinding noise. We wrote to customer service and was helped by Otto. He went above and beyond to help us and ended up sending us a new unit. Thank you!

Absolutely love these purifiers.

When I first got the purifier I wasn't using it all the time. After I got an allergy diagnosis after testing. I bought a new filter so I could start fresh, turned it on and have not turned it off since. That was 3 months ago. I signed up for new filters to automatically be mailed to me every three months. My filter light came on a couple of days ago and today my automatic shipment came in. That filter is slightly gray and furry. It is definitely doing its job. I've also contacted customer service a few times just for questions. I had, and they are always super prompt to answer, and Explain something fully. About a month ago I purchased a smaller one that I have placed beside my bed.

Amazing! What a difference it

Amazing! What a difference it has made with my breathing! We have baseboard heat, 2 GSD and a MainCoon cat with a thyroid condition (always shedding), I have asthma and the house is so dry! This can be used with a humidifier in the room so it makes all the difference! I love it! We have a smaller one in our bedroom!
