Shipping packaging was very well designed.

The replacement came quickly and without any issues, thank you. I love the fact that you’ve strengthened the handle. I’m guessing that was an ongoing issue, same as what happened to mine. I have two PureOver drippers. A strange thing that I don’t really understand is that with the same grind and the same coffee in both drippers the drawdown time is different, sometimes by quite a bit. It seems that one of them gets clogged easier than the other. I’d love to know more about why that might be happening. The grinder is a Gen 2 Ode.
