Will continue to use Powderhound for gifts and presents. I have many of their products.

The mug was shipped by Powderhound promptly but we were let down by both Royal Mail then DPD on the first attempt

I had a shipping problem because we don't have home delivery through the US Postal Service. When I contacted Powderhound, they sent a replacement quickly via UPS and they arrived shortly after. Great Service!
