Listen, your customer service representative that helped me track down a candle as close as one that I have been gifted was truly kind and generous. I’ve been gifted a candle a number of years ago and I’ve just gotten around to burning it. I’m obsessed with it! Sadly, I didn’t keep the small candle card that comes on top of them so I was unaware of it sent. I got online to discover your scent profile was down. I took a risk and tried your Info account. Typically I feel like when you email an info account for a company. You never get a real person to return a message. To my surprise, a real person or a really good AI robot returned a message to me and ask very detailed questions even ask for photos of the candle. That led me to ordering not one not two not three but four candles my very first order with Patty wax. I just returned home from a business trip today and found my box already have burned two of the candles today. I am thrilled your customer service was over the top with excellent customer service!
