Prompt and happy with service, really comfortable so far

My mattress was delivered a couple of weeks ago and so far so good. Communication and delivery were easy and stress-free. I can't rate the mattress long term but first impressions are good. It feels more like a traditional sprung mattress, but in a good way. I've tried other hybrid and memory foam mattresses which can seem really nice and slightly squishy (mould to your body) at first but they quickly sag, leaving you sleeping in a hole, regardless of how many toppers you use (it was 2 for my last mattress). I crawled out of my O**y hole recently and bought this Origin mattress. It is definitely firmer and is taking some time to get used to, as I'm a side sleeper and it is quite uncomfortable on my shoulders, but it is getting better. I'm hoping that the firmness means it won't sag so quickly like others have. What made me choose Origin over others was the good price, German engineering, built in Britain and good reviews and awards. Fingers crossed it lives up to my expectations
