A great mattress, best nights sleep for years. I still only need a 1 tog quilt in March but am not overheating whereas I was with my previous memory foam matress which was supposed to have cooling capability.

Very quick next day dispatch. Delivery company kept us well informed on day of delivery and I was able to see in real time how delivery was progressing. They phoned me 30 minutes before arrival. Mattress is very good and now has a removable cover for washing that is a real bonus as was not mentioned on the website and was a bit of a concern when I bought it. Very happy with the whole process.

The service that I received from start to finish was first class Arrived at the time arranged Shipping and disposal of old mattress as requested without any problems FIRST CLASS

The price and the ease of picking a date for delivery and my daughter loves the mattress but was upset about the state of the battered and damp box it came in as she wasn't putting the mattress on her base for 6 days and was worried it would affect the mattress but luckily it didn't.
