Ver responsive, easy to deal with even with a return ( got the wrong side). Nice reminder when I’d left it on the back burner too long to use the prepaid mailer to return the item. Very easy and great customer service!

A friend had these and I fell in love. I thought her bath towels were bath sheets, they were so large. But I'm large, your regular bath towels are a welcome surprise. This doesn't;t even say how absorbent and soft they are,
