I was very happy with your customer service. The new project iron that my daughter bought me was defective. Sadie helped me go through trouble shooting with the iron over the fun. Nothing worked so she arranged to have a new one sent to me and explained how to return the defective one. She was so helpful and the new one works!

I do a lot of paper piecing, and need a small iron to press all the little seams as I go. This is perfect! And I love all the steam it produces!
