Delighted with our Volt 2 - have done around 6 bakes so far. I only removed the stone once (very carefully) to clean off piece of spilled cheese, but otherwise leave it in situ. Considering problems other folk have reported, might Ooni consider teaming up to stock the Biscotti stone as a safe option?
