I got this for my husband. He has sleep apnea and is a hot sleeper. His snoring has lessened and he’s not waking up throughout the night trying to cool off! The only gripe is that it is extremely large- I do not have any interest in it so it only needs to be about half the size it is as it is currently the size if the bed
