Very nice

I received a light base that lacked the metal plate at the bottom of the socket (apparently manufactured that way) that could not complete the electrical circuit for the light. I called and explained that I was looking to replace it rather than a refund and they immediately shipped a new one out! I could not ask for better customer service than I got from NOVELTYLIGHTS. I wikk be buying more from them in the near future!
