The topper arrived before estimated time. The product was well packed with specific instructions and a tool to unpack. The product seems very good on first use.

The single bed mattress arrived in 2 weeks and is heaps better that what I had. It is firm but comfortable and my back and hip pain now easing after throwing out the old hard matress.

We really like our mattress topper. Have not had aching hips when I wake up. The service was great. Ordered on the Monday and it was delivered by midday on Tuesday. This does not happen where we live. Only problem was our bank charged a $9. 90 foreign fee.
