Great Love our new refresh mattress! Ed was very informative and extremely helpful.

We love this mattress! Being able to customize each side of the mattress to our individual needs was what we were looking for, a firm side and a softer feel on the other side. This mattress provides a deep sleep and waking up with no pain or stiffness. Just what we needed.

It was easy to get information about the mattresses from the support team and place the order. Shipping took a little longer than anticipated, but the mattress arrived in good condition. It was easy to set up and was used that night. There was an Immediate improvement in quality of sleep. I would highly recommend this company and their products.

I am always happy with the service and the quality of Natural Form having ordered two different beds over the years. The customer service is friendly and helpful and I am happy to support them. I did have some questions regarding just the delivery service and their handling of the mattress and boxes, but with delivery drivers in short supply with Covid 19, I could understand why the box was dissheveled and only one poor guy had to deliver it himself. I would recommend Natural Form, and have, to many people.
