Service was quick! I received my Flame Tamer within a couple of days of ordering. However I do wish the Flame Tamer did not rust out within two years. I would gladly pay a little extra if they would last the life of the Grill. If Monument Grills wants to stand out above the competition they should make grill parts and grill covers last longer.
