Loved the responsiveness from the tech group.

A breeze to change this out. I really didn't need a new one. at one point I couldn't get gas to the burner. thought it was a blown regulator. no it was the igniter. Work great now

Overall experience has been excellent up to now, about two weeks and three uses. Assembly was easy and instructions were clear.

Good customer service. The product was just a little different, but still Worked.
