Bad Experience
Bad experience, wrong item delivered, no synchronization between whoever they use for delivery and whoever the “sales” people are. No tracking, no organization, had to text/call the delivery guy directly because Modani’s team unaware. Late night text from delivery driver the night before asking for confirmation. Long process, had to reserve my buildings elevator for them to deliver a several hundred pound wrong size bed (found out when I went to open it) and then reserve the elevators again for them to do a pick up drop off and mind you I have to pay for delivery tarps to go down in my building and all they could say sorry for the inconvenience.
