We expect more comunication yo coordínate date and time for delivery, not Just with delivery driver

Chair delivered damaged. Now discontinued with no good alternative options. Won’t send someone out to repair

For right now I would call it well below average. For furniture of this price damage and not working furniture should not happen. Additionally the " offer " from your customer service is unacceptable. I payed a high amount and custo. er service thinks 100 dollar would fox it. Please deliver the furniture I ordered in a 100% working and undamged condition.
