I accidentally ordered the wrong filter. I called customer service and they had it resolved within a few minutes. They helped me get my refund for the incorrect one and re order the correct filter.

Great purifier
I love the purifier but I can't warrent me needing the subscription in my scenario. Will be buying as needed
