I really like how thin the gloves are and the amount of heat they put out. They are of a really great quality.

Ordering went fine. the box that the fountain came in was badly damaged. This I would consider not to be your fault. The response by your company was very good from the time I contacted you about the broken fountain. The opportunity to get my money back was also appreciated. So I would say the shopping experience was very good. Shipping was a big problem

I have purchased several items over the years from Primrose. Quality sails are perfect and delivered on time. Recommend highly.

Neighbors cat discovered our dog door. Don't want him in our house. Set your device up outside pointed at door, it looked like it was going to work but now our dog will not use the dog door. It was set on 5 for cats, but I guess it worked on our dog???

I placed my order on November 18, it was not shipped till December 9. That’s 21 days to process and get it out the door. As of December 17, I still don’t have my order. But have had 2 emails so far asking to rate the products and the service. The items were Christmas gifts. At this point I don’t expect them to be here in time for Christmas.
