I simply called to order the item and it was shipped promptly and it was delivered white glove. The product and the service were amazing!!

I was really excited about these shelves and had looked around for 2 years before committing to the purchase. They were delivered 4 weeks later than the expected time frame. I had paid the extra money for full assembly, and some pieces were damaged and missing, and the bookshelves are so out of plumb (despite the floor being level) that they cannot be properly anchored to the wall or even hold books. I contacted Massiano about the problems, but it's been 2 months since the shelves were delivered with no resolutions to the problems, and it's been 5 weeks since any one has spoken to me about them. I've been told it's an issue with the delivery company, but no one has communicated with me unless I call, and after 3 weeks there were no updates, at 5 weeks, still no changes. So 2 months later I have giant bookshelves that are tipped so far forward I can't let people around them, and all our books are still on the floor.

Months later I got an email saying my order was canceled because of it being back ordered which I knew about, but I didn’t even get the option of waiting. Now I have to go find it somewhere else and start the waiting process all over
