Super easy to install! Minimum water pressure cleans very well. No ajustment was required to direct the water stream. Love it!

I just received my Neo 185 plus an hour ago and installed it. My water supply wouldn’t turn all the way off so I needed to put a couple of towels down but I got it done and it seems to work perfectly! A big high five to you guys for making such clear and concise instructions! I can’t see anyone having a problem at all. And not having to take the toilet seat right off is fantastic! So far I’m totally impressed.
