I was happy that my last return was taken care of right away! I had an issue in the past with an expensive return taking forever and many, many emails back and forth, because there is not a customer service number to call. I almost decided to never order from this company again, but I ended up forgiving them,. .

Since this was a custom made to order. I didn’t mind waiting for the bell to ship! Arrived in perfect condition!

Beautiful and useful baskets, they worked perfectly to serve charcuterie snacks at a recent picnic. 10/10!
