Excellent personal advice from customer services alongside very good website guidance.

I had an issue with delivery which was sorted very quickly by the team. Great service from Lick.

We were using white 04 and it was a lovely tone, we needed another tin for touch ups but was from a different store (different batch). Unfortunately the tone was noticeably different - but Lick were very kind as to help us out and rectify the discrepancy. Brilliant customer care and will certainly be using again!
