Last month I ordered 10 Oslo frames along with custom cut out matte paper and glass. There was some confusion about the exact sizes I had ordered, but the people at Kunstspiegel were so kind as to call me to verify the numbers. Two days later they personally delivered the frames. Everything was neatly packed and exactly as I had ordered. The 10 black and white photos I have framed now look really gorgeous in their stylish frames. I have absolutely nothing to criticise.
