I have loved this sofa since the day I got it

Super fast deliverly in the middle of another Melbs lockdown.

When half my sofa didn’t turn up, Koala spent time trying to tack it down. I think the delivery company must have ‘found it’ in the back of the truck and quietly dropped it on my doorstep the next day, because Koala rang back a few days later to tell me they had no idea what had happened to the original and wanted to confirm my shipping address to send out a replacement for the missing parts. Loved that level of care and service - and makes me confident to order from them again.
