My rating is based on
My rating is based on the mattress itself. I learned that people with back problems should have a medium firm. After 16 years the Keetsa Plus mattress was feeling flattened. The indentations were visible. Pillow Plus is taller, cooler and super comfortable. I can feel a difference in my back. I'm pleased with how little it off-gassed too.
Logistics sucked: The mattress came within a couple days and I wasn't ready for it. Website says 5-8 business days, but I guess one of their warehouses is nearby. Customer service was good when I called to ask about this.
I wish traditional delivery was available, and that hauling synced up. (Mattress companies are required to haul away your old mattress for free in CA and a few other states. ) Getting the heavy box upstairs wasn't easy and requires two people. I rushed out of a conference to be on time for the hauling service Keetsa used, LoadUp. They'd sent an update that they were arriving in the first hour, then asked if they could arrive early. Then they completely flaked on the whole 4-hour window—just ghosted. When I called, they texted that they took a job far away instead. We rescheduled for the next morning, 10 to 11. They ignored my texts asking for confirmation, and they were late. Because the timing was jacked, I had to set up the new mattress when I was leaving town and didn't have help.
The cardboard is really thick, so use proper cutting tools. Don't cut your hands in two places like I did. Sigh.
