The first mirror arrived with large gaps around the edge, the frame misaligned, and you could see contact points through the back of the mirror. James Lane processed a warranty replacement and the new one is absolutely perfect - not a single blemish, perfect frame, and crystal clear mirror. Super happy with the purchase, but confused by the atrocious quality of the first one.

I love the chair and the whole experience with James Lane was fantastic fast delivery, and great service.

Shipping now problem at all, I arranged for a Saturday morning easy peasy.

The lady at Helensvale homeworld was very helpful and knowledgeable.

None were in stock when we ordered so were told 10-12week wait but ended up being around 6-7 weeks I believe. Very happy :)
