Absolutely dreadful website. The product I wanted was unavailable for purchase for over a week (it would take me to the payment page but would not let me go any further). Once I had contacted customer service they rectified the issue however over 2 and a half weeks later the product has STILL not been delivered. Once I contacted customer service again, asking someone to ring me to tell me what was going on I got ignored and eventually just got sent a dispatch notification. No call or email to tell me why there was such a delay or any form of compensation. It was a Christmas present that still is not here on 28th December...
