New Shopify - Helix Sleep

Helix process relative to shipping was fine. Kept me up to date on when the mattress would arrive at the Chicago-based office or retailer I bought from. Sandman Sleep white "glove delivery service" was not all cut out to be as the delivery reps put the cooling top in wrong. All correspondence with Helix customer service was prompt and courteous. Customer service rep was very knowledgeble.

I appreciated the updates after I placed my order.

Very good product

The people I worked with at Helix were great. They treated me with respect and kindness. They really listened to what my needs were. Once ordered, shipping was pretty quick. Didn't even take a week. More companies should be like the reps for Helix. They stayed on top of everything until after the bed was delivered. Please note that if you don't pair the mattress with the foundation the warranty isn't valid. I suppose they just want to make sure the mattress is supported properly. All in all, BEST MATTRESS EVER!
