Blown away by customer service
I bought a number of candles in an end-of-year sale 18 months ago and have had several in storage since, working my way through others. I got one out to burn recently and when lit, the wicks quickly burned down to nubs and refused to relight properly. The wax had barely begun to melt — only minutes had passed — and I wasn’t sure what to do, especially given the age of the purchase. I reached out to the customer service team late last night (Sunday) looking for advice and by lunchtime Monday they had informed me it was clearly a fault and they’d be replacing my candle. By mid-afternoon that same day, I had shipping confirmation of the replacement.
I’m absolutely awed by the quality and speed of the customer service — I never expected, much less asked for any sort of replacement. It’s made feel like my experience with the product matters more than what year they got my money in.
