We are pleased with our purchase. The mattress arrived in good shape and took shape very quickly. The new foam smell was gone after a few days. Our back pain has lessened since using the mattress! It is a slight bit firm for side sleeping, but fine for combination sleeping. Over all for the price, a very good purchase for us.

I am not sleeping on this mattress, but my daughter and her husband, who are visiting with my grandson are. And they have nothing but glowing reviews. Comfortable, cool and supportive. I have to commend customer service as well. They were responsive, polite and incredibly helpful. Thank you. I will be ordering another for my other guest room.
