I love the flip, it took me a little bit of time because its narrower than my other spatula but works great for all things that I use the spatula for. I would recommend it to everyone I know.

Made these McDonald apple pie copies and used my new GIR rolling pin for the dough. Worked great. Dough rolled out evenly and the measurement markings on the side were extremely handy.

I was in the market for all new kitchen utensils. I read several reviews and felt like the GIR line would be a good fit. I am very impressed with the quality of their products. It was a definite upgrade and I am very happy with my purchase. I plan to order several other kitchen items. I cannot recommend the kitchen utensils more than. They are wonderful. I look forward to using them more!
