We are extremely satisfied and happy with the entire GHOSTBED company and all products offered. The entire staff is professional, knowledgeable and above all, caring and personable! We would especially like to say a special thank you to Manuel!! He gave us the very best personal customer service. He was very knowledgeable of the many Ghostbed products and the correct one for our particular needs. My wife has had 2 extensive back surgeries and currently has 2 sets of rods in her back. Manuel knew exactly what was best suited for her. Everyone is wonderful, however. We felt like we had been knowing them all forever. First impressions are so important and good customer service is what everyone wants. The Ghostbed company has many many years of service and it’s clear why. We ordered a pillow to try out and it shipped quickly, it was great! My husband is very picky picky and he loved the pillow so I bought one for me too! It was on a sale weekend so it took a little longer to ship than the first, but when we did finally get it I was very happy!

Love this pillow! Needed something supportive for neck/TMJ issues. It's a little too firm when I have a TMJ flare-up, but perfect firmness otherwise. Firm, yet light, and I can sink in.
