Zen Tiles

Lovely tiles but service was not good did not come first delivery date ,second date one box was fully broken so had to wait for a 3 rd delivery

Chipped and 2 tiles was cracked , did not fit on the palettes either

Broken on arrival waiting to be resolved

Worst customer service ever. 2 tile boxes came broken. Tried to contact customer service but didn't get any reply for a week. And haven't heard anything since they asked for pictures 10 days ago

Very disappointed nearly 5 months to wait for the job to be completed. . I won't be back
