I have nothing but praise, I ordered my flooring had trouble at the payment screen so I called them and they took payment over the phone. The flooring I ordered was out of stock and Bethany emailed me to give me my options she was professional and was able to assist me in choosing a different flooring with no extra cost to myself. My flooring was delivered today and they kept me updated and provided me with tracking details. I will 100% recommend and will be a returning customer.
